I took someone else's spreadsheet and customized it a little. This workbook currently has two tabs named "Address" and "Loan Calculator." However, it allows the user to copy the "Address" worksheet and analyze as many properties as they want in the same workbook. It prints on one sheet for easy analysis. Fill in yellow cells only the rest of the sheet is protected. Enjoy :) (NOTE: If user wants to edit just right click the tab and unprotect sheet.)
