Nathan and Bridge have been awesome to work with to say the least. Started off with my own TK and now after seeing the level of honesty, thoroughness, communication and follow-through (not to mention profitable investments) that he brings to the table - my mother, father, friends and military colleagues are now buying TK from him. What sets him apart, IMO, is his relentless focus on the specific needs of his investors.

Trustworthy, honest, integrity, passionate, motivated, relationship centric, straight shooter, and an all around good person. These are some words I use when I describe Nathan to others. I have purchased 3 homes from Nathan over the last year. He knows the right way to treat his clients. He understands my goals in real estate and embraces the role he plays in my journey to financial success. This guy is going to do great things and I am happy to be a part of it!

Nathan is a breath of fresh air. His passion for doing the right thing is contagious. He is up front with everything so you always know where he stands. He offers you what he has and lets you make your own decision without any pressure. He is always willing to help and does so without any hesitation. The real estate world needs more people like Nathan Brooks.

I have been amazed by what Nathan and his team have accomplished in such a short span of time. His company, Bridge Management, manages a portion of my portfolio. Very professional with a strict eye for above-the-crowd rehabs and property management. I look forward to many more deals with him in the future.
