I have personally and professionally done, Long distance BRRR's, buy and holds and 1 flip, a few house hacks, and a syndication. I work mostly with investors in the Charleston to Summerville markets and military members, then help the military members PCS'ing all around the country find agents at their next duty station. I am very much tied to the military after doing 8 years active duty, and teahcing as many people in the military as I could about investing and real estate.

I love sports and fitness, meeting people or networking, traveling and all things real estate. I have been to over 40 countries, and done a handful of cruises. I enjoy playing golf all around the charleston area, eating at all the amazing places SC has to offer and hanging out at the pool or the beaches. I enjoy reading, mostly about real estate(Currently reading The One Thing). My goals are to help as many people as I can get involved in setting up themselves and their families for the future, regardless if I am the agent on a transaction or not, I am hear to talk real estate with anyone!
