Working with Hard Money Bankers on the title side of things was a great experience. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Josh Weidman went above and beyond to work things out and was super to work with. I look forward to closing more deals with them

I work with a lot of private money lenders but these guys were the best, they took a difficult situation by the horns and got it closed when a builder was not going to budge on a closing date, everyone should have lenders that work this hard, GREAT JOB JOSH!!!!!
