I have never rented through Graystone properties before, but they made it very easy and painless. The tenant relations liaison Mohammed was excellent at answering any questions via text and over the phone. Very quick and efficient!

Beware. I did business with them 2 years ago. I am now suffering from the unlicensed contractors recommended by graystone. I'm going to file a report for unlicensed work because it is a crime and for not getting permits but I'm paying the price now. When I tried to sell the property last year, this is when I found out how badly I had been ripped off and now I have been slowly going through correcting all the mistakes and problems. Do not do business with this company, they cannot be trusted. It's all very smiles and nice and you really like them but you can't trust their recommendations. Unfortunately, I am consulting with an attorney when I get a chance. Always always always make sure you're working with licensed contractors who are getting the permits done. Contact the city yourself, If only I had known I wouldn't be in the mess I am now. Unfortunately this is a big problem in Tampa and trusting investors like myself are the ones who are victims.
