Both Kevin and Bobby were very easy to work with and closed our fix and flip loan very easily. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had no issues getting ahold of one of them. I am working with them again on a refinance for a fix and hold.

We have been working with Bobby and Coastal Capital Funding for about a year now and have used several types of funding (initial purchase/rehab hard money, cash-out refi 30yr fixed rate, rate & term refi 30 year fixed rate) and are already in the process of closing our next deal with Coastal!! Bobby has been amazing to work with, very responsive, clear communication, dependable, and always thinking outside of the box to help us get the most bang for our buck. We have about 6 years of professional investing experience and he has been one of the luckiest finds of our career so far! Enough of my gushing over Bobby...just pick up your phone and call him or shoot an email!!

We worked with Bobby to purchase a 22 unit apartment complex. We were jumping from a duplex to 22 units in a more rural area and he was still able to find us a loan for us as near newbies. His communication was speedy and straight forward. We will definitely work with him in the future.

In the short while I've been working with Bobby, he's been able to fund a refinance to complete a BRRRR deal, fund multiple fix and flip properties and began discussing how I can refinance my short term rental. Some of my fix and flip deals have been challenging and Bobby has used his experience and creativity to find a solution where other lenders have not. I'm a long distance (based in CA investing in VA) investor so sometimes that means late phone call and text and I always receive a prompt response.

I have been working with Bobby for several months and have had 2 loans ($1.6 Million) funded in a very short time. Bobby is diligent and is a funding industry expert. Bobby is a fast paced, informative investor. He made sure I understood how the process worked with the Hard money loan and also took the time to find me refinancing with a 30 year mortgage company. Bobby is very hands on with the process of buy and flip as well as buy and hold. From start to finish, I appreciated his expertise throughout the process. I will continue to include him in future deals I add to my real estate portfolio.
