With extensive experience in various investment strategies, including short-term rentals (STR), mid-term rentals (MTR), long-term rentals (LTR), fix & flip, buy & hold, and house hacking, I have successfully assisted numerous investors in purchasing single-family homes and multi-family properties. I currently own a single-family home operating as a short-term rental and a duplex rented out mid-term on both sides.
