Donny was very nice and helpful. He even helped me change the light bulbs in my kitchen when we couldn't get the light cove off for months! He's an awesome guy!

Donny came by for our inspection and was the nicest guy! It was our first time having an inspection and he walked us through the process and made everything so simple and clear. My husband and I both work from home and Donny did a great job working around us and with us. Would recommend!

I give RPM of the Triad 5 stars. As a first time renter the process for applying was smooth and straight forward. I loved how from the beginning I was able to get connected with someone virtually to walk me through things I would need and help me stay prepared during the process. The house was nice and the realtor was very honest and informative during walkthrough. Even after the house I initially wanted had been sold they helped me get into something else that I loved.. very thankful. 💞

In the process of securing commercial real estate for my business, I encountered challenges, finding an ideal location. During my search I discovered Real Property Management of the Triad, which had a strategically position property available. Brent Morris responded promptly to my inquiry, scheduling a walk-through that confirmed the space met all my requirements. Within 24 hours of viewing, Brent secured approval, exemplifying, outstanding efficiency, and professionalism. Thanks to the seamless handing of the transaction. My business is now operational in Jamestown, NC. I highly recommend Brent Morris and RPM Triad for their exceptional service.

I have been with Real Property Management of The Triad for over a year now, and I must say that I am truly impressed! I have worked with a lot of property management companies over the years, and this has been one of the best experiences that I’ve had thus far.
I want to give credit where credit is due, and their staff member Kia is the shining light of their office! No matter how many times I have to reach out to her, she ALWAYS response timely and efficiently. She is one of the friendliest people that I’ve ever conducted business with. Kia treats you like family and she is genuinely invested in what’s best for the tenant! Her consistency comes second to none! It’s people like Kia That make you feel good about the choice that you made to do business with a company. Thanks, Kia!!

Don't say you can't find my name in your records. Of course you can't, because who uses their real name on the internet these days?
I rented from this company for years. They lack communicating efficiency, and there are service fees for EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything, with ridiculous prices. Keep your receipts and write down dates, times, and who you spoke with. I’ve had employees forget our conversations and what was said.
My biggest issue is with maintenance and them feeling like they can come into your home whenever you put in a request. You can set a time and say that you would like to be present, and they still show up when they want to. Just because you did a background check on whomever you hire doesn't mean I trust them to be in my home alone.
Whenever I did have an issue from the time I moved in until I left, it did get addressed, and it did get fixed. They do inspections, I think, twice a year, and it's not too bad; they're in and out just to check the condition of the home.
Would I rent from them again? No, if you do, I would say do your research, keep receipts, and be prepared to pay service fees and go to the office often because most of the time they don’t pick up the phone.

OWNERS BEWARE. To be fair, we have had RPM for 10 + years. The first 8 we felt our house was being looked after as we live out of town. The house is an older home. We expect issues. We had to do several large ticket renovations this spring. When we arrived , what we found, left us stunned. Our contractor said the leak in the kitchen was obvious, if someone had just looked. The holes in the gutters caused wall leaks, the back yard was a jungle, and there were rodent holes in the overhangs. See pics.
What we DON'T understand is what happened to the inspections 1-2 x per year ? Did they really do thorough inspections? Doesn't appear as such. Not pictured are the vine coming thru the dishwasher.
Customer service from Amber is terrible. Rod tries but is not timely and returning calls or emails. He was helpful with getting quote from roofing vendors and a few others. Communication is terrible if there is a problem. Example they KNEW my contractor was arriving to start and there was not key. I started calling and emailing RPM first thing in the morning and it took until THE NEXT DAY - to get anyone. My contractor had to sleep in a hotel ( costing extra $$, regardless of the lost time trying to get Amber or Rod. I eventually made the decision to have him break into the house and change the locks and make keys, just to get to work. Nice, right ??
So - after a month of renovations, terrible communication and a home left with damage from manager neglect, we are leaving RPM for the Triad.
