I have been renting with this company since 2023 I am now renting my second property with them. they have been the best company I have ever worked with. They help you get into a property quickly and easily. The only issue you may in counter is that it may be difficult to contact someone at the actual office but they seem to be more of a self guided company all you have to do is go see the property you like (to see a property your income has to be enough to rent that property) the property showings are self guided if you like it apply and a property manager with stay in contact with you providing all the steps needed to complete everything needed for your approval. My property manager was Darwin and he was awesome! He kept me up to date with everything I needed to do to secure the property I wanted!

RPM was very easy to work with during the three years we lived there. Pay your bills, be polite, and they’ll take care of their end. No complaints on my part. Kia was especially friendly and helped us through various repairs and other concerns during our time there.

Filling out the application was easy and fast. I’m giving the over all process a four star mainly because the approval process took a little longer than the 5 to 7 days just because of the lack of communication via chat that was used talk to several different people before talking to Darwin who after then communicated way better than the other two people. Darwin did communicate everything that was needed to complete the approval process.

Dave was AMAZING. He was diligent, professional, and also a warm inviting spirit. Nit only did he handle every maintenance request, he took the time to educate me on the things I could do if the circumstances arise again in the future.
