Kodiak has been great to work with as the owner of a rental property. They are quick to respond to questions and issues, and from what I can tell, did a great job with their tenant selection process. Looking forward continuing to work with them.

We are currently renting a house that is managed with Kodiak. There have been a few issues that needed to be taken care of once we moved in and Scott and his team have been really great to work with. They are quick to respond and always friendly.

As a tenant, this property management company consistently upheld quality service and responsiveness to our needs. We had an issue a while ago with being incorrectly charged and they promptly resolved it with no subsequent problems. For both property maintenance and logistics, Kodiak made it a very smooth and stress-free process for us tenants.
Additionally, while working with a quite uncooperative property owner, Kodiak went out of their way to contact us tenants when addressing other concerns, demonstrating valuable customer service and overall good character in the company.
It’s great to know, as a tenant, that at least one company is looking out for you.

It has been a great experience using Kodiak as my property managers. They are proactive and take care of the property.
Scott went the extra mile and even got the neighboring HOA to pay for some damage which I never thought was possible. It was truly a delight working with them.

Kodiak has been managing for us since 2022, they have been nothing but great. Great communication, work ethic and management. We have a property that has needed some extra love with repairs and remodel, they have managed the home and projects with ease all while maintaining a happy tenant in the property. Kodiak is the property management you need in UT. Thanks to all of the Kodiak team!

As an out of state owner, Kodiak has been a great partner and caretaker of our property. They are communicative, proactively inspecting the property and letting us know feedback from the tenants or if vacant, things that could help prepare the property for lease. We've also been impressed with their speed in lease-up, our biggest worry is downtime and lack of cashflow. Where Kodiak has been impactful, is their ability to market and turn around a unit from lease end to lease start. They believe in managing properties like they own them, that has been our experience with Kodiak the entire time.

I have had good experiences with Kodiak. We came to them after a different property manager dropped a bunch of balls--Kodiak picked up all the balls and immediately took care of things almost seamlessly. Communication has been prompt and reliable. We had one issue with a contractor who was problematic--while the experience was frustrating, Kodiak handled things professionally and stood by us in our decisions.
