I am a tentor with this company and they have been very helpful. Whenever I have an issue come up, they respond within the same day and have a solution. Recently I had a mouse in my kitchen and within an hour Jake responded and sent a work order to a pest control company and they showed up that same day to inspect and set traps! I also work with Henry at the same company and he also responds quickly to fix whatever I need done. I highly recommend RENTOR in this area. Thank you.

Trisha and Renee were patient, responsive, specific, and straightforward with anything related to my application. When my application was chosen, Renee was quick to schedule a viewing of the property with the landlord where most of my questions were clarified. After I paid the fees, Renee offered to wait an extended period for me to pickup the keys on a Friday, which I deeply and truly appreciate. I also appreciate Trisha for following up pending action items after we started occupying the property.

Rene helped me find my dream studio. Trisha responded right away to all my questions and made applying for the rental much easier. Emerson and Raymond were a very great help when I needed maintenance done. It was finished and repaired the same day, within 3 hours of when I put my request in. Danny at Fittz it Right Plumbing had the problem fixed quickly. They are very professional, kind and had the fastest service. I highly recommend Rentor as a property management company.

They have been pretty great to rent from for over 15 years in total. I love the app we use to get in touch and that they text when preferred. Didn't give 5 stars, because no property management is perfect, but Rentor is great!

My husband and I rented a house through Rentor and had a great experience. Andrew was incredibly helpful throughout our time renting with them. When our landlord died this past March the woman who inherited the property wanted to put the house up for sale. Andrew was available, even on weekends, to discuss new rental opportunities as they came up. He was always quick to respond to my questions and really knew the area well. I enjoyed working with him and Rentor, so we’re of course moving to another home that Andrew found for us.
The Rentor platform itself is easy to use. I appreciate that you can log in and see your lease agreement, pay rent, and make maintenance requests all in one place.
I’d definitely use Rentor again and would recommend both the company and working with Andrew to anyone looking for a home or apartment in Humboldt County.
