The whole team is very professional. I have only had good experiences with them! They were punctual when I needed repairs or had any questions. This was a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many unprofessional landlords. Couldn’t recommend Trident enough!

Trident management has been great during this hurricane season. The past few weeks hit my family hard like many others by getting flooded out, but thankfully we were given much needed time and support from our leasing company. They were understanding to give us time to gather our belongings and worked with us to fully refund our deposit.

HUGE thank you to Kyle Launius and his team at Trident Property Management for helping me out during hurricane Helene. Kyle helped me terminate my lease immediately after my apartment flooded. He was a rock when everything else literally washed away. His team even offered to help me move heavy items out and clean up. I can’t thank him and his team enough! Also, the leasing process was smooth and quick so don’t hesitate to use Trident! Thank you Kyle and team!

Kyle was an amazing property manager. Anytime I put in a request it was fulfilled that day or the next day. He was very kind and willing to help himself for any quick issues that could be solved without maintenance. Highly recommend this company!

Kyle and his team are great! They helped me sell my condo which was as smooth as possible. He was also my property manager before that. They were very conscientious about caring for the property and repairs were always reasonably priced. Communication is also good. Overall I strongly recommend him either as a realtor or property manager.
