The past few weeks hit my family hard like many others by getting flooded out, but thankfully we were given much needed time and support from our leasing company. They were understanding to give us time to gather our belongings and worked with us to fully refund our deposit.

HUGE thank you to Kyle Launius and his team at Trident Property Management for helping me out during hurricane Helene. Kyle helped me terminate my lease immediately after my apartment flooded. He was a rock when everything else literally washed away. His team even offered to help me move heavy items out and clean up. I can’t thank him and his team enough! Also, the leasing process was smooth and quick so don’t hesitate to use Trident! Thank you Kyle and team!

Kyle and his team are great! They helped me sell my condo which was as smooth as possible. He was also my property manager before that. They were very conscientious about caring for the property and repairs were always reasonably priced. Communication is also good. Overall I strongly recommend him either as a realtor or property manager.
