About us

Current local Des Moines Owner Operator of the STR/MTR property management business.  We started in 2022 because Des Moines had basically no manager in the STR/MTR space that could be relied upon.  Fast forward to 2024 and we have all the systems, operations and software in place to manage STR/MTR in Central Iowa.  We provide free analysis for owners to determine if STR might be a good transition.  We also provide an onboarding checklist and process to make it seamless for owners to hand their property off to us.  We make it a priority to manage your short-term & medium-term rentals like our own!
