The process seems complicated but having a professional walk you through all the steps made it so easy. We will for sure use 1031X if we need to do another exchange in the future.

Denise and Morgan were very helpful, we’re so glad we chose them to handle our 1031 exchange process. With their great communication and speedy responses, we were successful with the whole process of selling, buying, demo, and build of a new investment property all within the 180 day timeframe.
