I have held my real estate license for 20+ years and would not recommend Thomas Talbert of Prime Properties for managing your property. I recently terminated Prime as our property management company for serious inadequacies of property management knowledge and lack of response to emails and text messages. Coupled with questionable charges for lock replacement of $570 with no explanation or response.

Honestly speaking, if you wanted to mistake in your life please don’t go with this lier and falsified company who will suck your with lots of false statements!! Example my home doesn’t have any carpet but they charged me with carpet cleaning! Huh ! And the owner of the company give me some childish answers! And the tenants is also feel like their member of the machine. So be careful and think twice . I am talking with my lawyer and gathering all the information day to day basis. Good luck who does wanna take the risk of their properties!

Paul with Prime Properties was very responsive to numerous requests that were not standard interactions. It has made my experience incredibly positive and I would highly recommend both him and Prime.

He's not only understanding, easygoing, and knowledgeable but also goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Renting through Prime Properties has been a 5 star experience. I have had a prompt response to every maintenance request, text, email and phone call. Every issue has had quick and effortless resolution. Paul has been especially helpful. I locked myself out accidentally and he responded immediately to help get me back in. I highly recommend!!

6828 Sabrina Dr., Austin, TX. Property owner does bare minimum of maintenance/repairs. I reached out to owner multiple times regarding fence needing repair they never responded. A prior tenant had a large dog that damaged our side fence(leaning). A pipe burst in December 2023 the tenants at that time contacted owner regarding issue. It took owner several weeks to repair. We had a swap literally between both houses. Renters beware!

STRESS-FREE. I live 200 miles away, and I need a property management company that is efficient, reliable, and competent. These are the qualities that Prime Properties has. Isaiah is awesome! Call or email him for any concerns or advice, he will promptly respond to you in minutes. He is the epitome of professionalism! I have health issues, and it is extremely important that I remain stress free. With Prime Properties, I can easily sit back and know that my rental is in very good hands, always. Shout out to Paul and Mr. Bear! Isaiah, Paul, and Mr. Bear make a wonderful team.
