Grant is a great guy! Very conscientious, prompt with his responses to our questions and willing to go the extra mile with open houses, etc. He maybe young but he is a hard worker! You will get great service and results with Grant Griffin!

Incredible experience with Grant in our moving process. My wife and I had finally decided we wanted to relocate and add more space both outside and inside for us and our kids. We wanted our new place to fit the bill exactly. Candidly we were picky and in zero rush to move unless the right spot came up. Grant found it for us, we were the first ones to see it and confident had we not been so early to the game we wouldn’t be in the home we are today and love so much. On the sell side it was just as smooth, outstanding staging and photos on the MLS provided a quick sell. Grant was prompt with offers and always keeping us in the loop with every update. Handled all the paperwork and general time consuming work of real estate transactions. Could not recommend him higher if you’re in the market to relocate

Grant was very helpful throughout the entire process of working together. It was clear that he really cared about helping us, and he did a fantastic job of helping us find the home that was right for us. Grant is very professional/knowledgeable in his work and he is great to work with. Grant helped me navigate through the home buying experience. Looked at many units till I found the right one. He answered all my questions on single family and multi family homes. He has a unique skill set compared to regular real-estate agents with himself owning his own rentals. Reach out if you need someone to teach you everything you need to know! Couldn’t recommend more
