Jennifer M. was ever so helpful! We had been struggling with the owner for over a year to get him to fix a crack in our handicap accessible shower. She was able work have him fix it professionally, which was all we had been asking. Thank you Jennifer, we appreciate your hard work!

I’ve been renting at this property for a while, and I have to say the landlord is truly reliable and professional. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been addressed quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s a minor repair or something more urgent, they always ensure it’s taken care of in a timely manner. It’s rare to find a landlord who genuinely cares about the property and the tenants, but that’s exactly the experience I’ve had here. Highly recommend renting from them!

I do not like writing reviews, but I thought I would make an exception for Jennifer. I have lived in my home going on 8 years now, and have been washing the dishes by hand as the dishwasher never cleaned the dishes. I had to call maintenance for the garage door that broke and made a comment about the dishwasher. I explained that it had been reported, but never fixed. Jennifer asked me to send her some pictures, so I did. Next thing I know Jennifer is calling me to schedule the installation of the new dishwasher. I now have a new working dishwasher and I am grateful. Homework did a good job putting Jennifer in charge as repairs are getting completed in a timely manner. Thank you Jennifer you are a rock star!

If you can avoid leasing a place that is managed by these folks, do it. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. I pay my rent on auto pay every single month like clock work. I’ve been here for now over a year. There was an issue with my bank on one particular month and rent did not go through. I remember seeing the money still in my account several days after it should have been pulled and realized something was wrong. When I called them they let me know that there had been an issue and since I hadn’t paid they hit me with over $300 dollars In fees and made me deliver a cashiers check in person over an hour away from where I live. This issue was my banks fault, not mine. No grace or consideration was given for a perfect payment record. They told me to get the late fees back from the bank. They were very rude and had complete disregard. Don’t rent from worx and don’t bank with Wells Fargo. A company should want to preserve good customers.

Only had one time where the rent was not paid through auto pay. Asked if they could help and give me a 3 day extension. I'd been there almost 3 years with no problems. The person I spoke with was rude and short with me. The person I spoke with previously was great and very sweet. Sometimes maintenance is late or doesn't show at all when you make a request.

I was dealing with Danielle and she was so great. She was very professional. She seemed sincerely concerned with my feelings and issues. She very skillfully deescalated a rather private situation. Definitely an asset to the company. Thank you.
