As a member of the Bigger Pockets community for about 8 years now, I have been an avid student in the world of financing and real estate investing.  After listening to BP podcasts while working in my 9-5 job I realized that I wasn’t going to learn any more in the RE investing world unless I gained some real-world experience.  After finding a great lender on a couple of my first investment properties, I realized that was exactly what I wanted to do for others.  Become a great asset in the home buying world.  For the last 5 years that is what I have strived to become.  I believe hands on learning is the best learning.  With fix and flips, house hacking, and BRRRR method all under my belt, I feel well equipped to make those goals a reality for those that hope to achieve the same.  When I am not investing in Real Estate, I am hiking around Southern Utah with my family.
