About us

Our services are provided by highly educated licensed professionals with extensive experience in real estate investments and property management, as well as the related fields of tax and accounting.

Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. These kinds of oversights can, and often do, lead to increased expense and liability for property owners. We pride ourselves on the attention we pay to details, which sets us apart.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as an Austin native and real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a great listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we have found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

I feel so lucky to work exclusively with Valerie as my go-to property manager. She’s truly a rockstar when it comes to making sure my landlords and tenants are taken care of. Her responsiveness and organization are unmatched—she’s always a step ahead, handling every detail with care and professionalism. What really sets Valerie and her team apart, though, is how much they genuinely care. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and everything runs smoothly. I know my clients are in the best hands with her, and it gives me so much peace of mind. If you’re a landlord or tenant looking for someone who truly cares and delivers an exceptional experience, I can’t recommend Valerie enough. Working with her is an absolute pleasure ❤️

This company may be fine if you're a landlord, but if you are a tenant, I would recommend you exercise caution before renting from one of their properties. My husband and I were in need of a last minute, short term rental and found one on Zillow through an agent named Carlye. I'll give Carlye this, she worked fast on getting things set up. But at a certain point, it became clear to me that I was not being offered a tour before confirming things, so I asked for one. I let her know I was a bit uncomfortable not seeing it but was told (direct quote from text), "We can't give access until we have payment." I should have known better at that point but we were in a desperate situation so unfortunately we moved forward with the lease. So, immediately upon arriving, neither the porch lights or the interior front room lights worked--not a huge deal but it was pitch black and wasn't a great welcome. Next, there was a cigarette smell as you walked in the entryway--this is a non-smoking property, of course. One of the bedroom doors wouldn't close at all because it was off kilter with the frame and the other guest bedroom door wouldn't stay closed (it wouldn't snap into place and would just fall open); the bifold closet doors in both spare bedrooms were off the rails and the (regular) closet door in the master wouldn't stay closed just like the guest bedroom door; and the bathroom fan made an awful sound fit for a horror film. Oh, and we were greeted by a giant dick drawn on the chalkboard wall in the living room. Now, that's pretty funny to be honest, but if all the other stuff hadn't made it clear, this was the icing on the cake in proving the property hadn't been inspected, otherwise someone would have cleaned it. Speaking of, it was also just super dirty in some places. I couldn't believe that they would feel comfortable renting this place out in the state it was in, especially for the the price point, and without inspection??? Yikes. After taking all this in, we decided we couldn't stay and left immediately. This is not what we had paid thousands of dollars for. To Carlye's credit, they agreed to let us break the lease since it had been less than 24hrs and we hadn't used the space at all. However, what they failed to communicate was that they were not actually going to give us a full refund. I had been passed off to a colleague, Valerie (from this company), for communication over the "business-y" stuff so the rest of the conversation happens with them, to be fair, but as the property's agent, I still hold Carlye responsible. When I received the refund and noticed it was short, I let Valerie know and I was told the "Owner agreed to return security deposit to you but asked us to pass along the $520 in fees he encountered when he cancelled all of his future bookings on Airbnb when the lease was signed and executed." I'm sorry, but I'm not sure how it is my responsibility to make up for the owner's (unwise) decision to cancel airbnb reservations and take on their fee--I would not have recommended that, and there were other properties available that Carlye and I were discussing--we could have rented a different one if that was going to be an issue for the owner. Again, we were not made aware of this fee at any stage, so I'm not sure why it is being passed to us. I argued that it was his decision incur the fee and therefore his responsibility and that the fee information had not been disclosed to us during the discussion of the refund, so I think it is fair we should be given the full refund. She countered with a sight unseen notice in the lease--however, within the very same notice, it says that we are given the opportunity to inspect the property and if we DECLINE we assume the risk. Well, as you might recall, I was told I was not allowed to inspect the property, which totally invalidates this point. And yet, Valerie rests on this position. Seems legally pretty iffy to me. Even if not for the issue with the refund, I wouldn't rent from these guys again because the property was such a shit show.

Valarie has managed a property for me for over a year and been fantastic. One goal I had with finding a management company was taking the burden of repairs, leasing, etc off of myself. She has not only done this, but more by also managing the renovations to the property before it went under lease. I highly recommend Valarie.

Wow! I wish I had used this team earlier. My first rental I had tenants calling me at all hours and it was a nightmare trying to get rent and repairs when needed as I was not local to the property. These guys handle it all. No more stress or worries. Thank you so much and couldn’t recommend a better company.

Our investment property was in rough shape after self managing and allowing a bad tenant to stay several years too long. Valerie and the team took over quickly and got our tenant out. They got the house ready for a new tenant, and leased it quickly. We finally have a decent renter that pays on time and takes care of the house. We are so grateful!
