I hired Kim Panozzo after reading some of her reviews. I have to wonder if her reviews are paid for or not because in my experience with The Panozzo team they are neither efficient or communitive. When I met with Kim she brought her associate Katie Whelan and after signing a contract I never heard from Kim again until I had to contact her to let her know how difficult things were going with the listing. Katie only had 4 reviews and that made me concerned that she was just to new in the business and her lack of doing things in a timely manner proved that. They had told me I could review everything before the listing went live, so you can imagine my shock when I got a email saying we were live on MLS when they never even let me see the pictures. When I finally did see the pictures I was very disappointed because some of the pictures looked like they were done by an amateur and in some of the pictures the color was distorted. I was not happy when I found out they did not even order a sign for my front yard until the day before the listing went live and I got all kinds of excuses as to why It was not installed yet. They said that the company had to order a flyer box but I didn't see why that would delay them putting up the sign. When I finally did get the sign there was a flyer box attached to it that was obviously old and scratched up so saying it was delayed for that reason was a total fabrication. They were supposed to do flyers for the box but to this day I have never received any. I found some pamphlets at my from door stuck in the corner that I didn't even know were there because I always use my garage door. No one from the Panozza team even let me know they were dropped off. The Pamphlets they wanted me to put on my counter were printed very dark and made my cabinets look black instead of brown. I told them I would not be using them because they were not an accurate depiction of my kitchen. I was so stressed about the way things were going that I decided not to have an open house. Since I had not heard from Kim Panozzo I emailed her to let her know about the problems with the listing and to ask her to let me out of my contract because I did not want to work with such a disorganized company. I told her I would pay for what it cost her to list. She said she could do that or she could send out another Photographer to retake the pictures acknowledging that even she knew the pictures were bad. When she sent me the cost, I told her I would not be paying for the cost of the bad pictures but she refused to end the contract unless I paid the full amount. I no longer want to work with a company that is this bad and apparently does not care about customer service.
