We worked with Jerry Kurinsky from Marketplace Homes to resolve a variety of different problems at our rental (plumbing, heating, etc.). Every time he was very responsive and understanding, and very quick to get people out to our house to resolve the problems. At one point we lost heat during a really cold week around the holidays while no one was home except the dog sitter and Jerry was immensely helpful in managing and resolving quickly what was otherwise a nightmare. We are so appreciative!

I enjoyed living at my home and the location very much. The staff at Market Place Homes do a wonderful job. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care for my move out. Her friendly help and timely response was a great help during a very busy time for my transition.

I wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience with the property management team for our rental home in the Nashville area. Last Thursday, we returned home to find our air conditioning system not cooling properly. With the indoor temperature climbing to 80 degrees due to the high outdoor heat, we were understandably quite uncomfortable and concerned. We reached out for assistance, and that's when we had the pleasure of working with Carol. From the moment we contacted her, it was clear that Carol was dedicated to providing excellent service. Despite the fact that it was after hours, she went above and beyond to address our situation. Her responsiveness and kindness were truly appreciated. Carol worked diligently to secure the earliest possible appointment for a technician to visit our home. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to have the issue resolved promptly, and the temperature in our home was brought back to a comfortable level without too much delay. Her communication throughout the process was outstanding, and her customer service was top-notch. What truly stood out was that Carol didn’t stop there. A week later, she followed up with us to check if everything was still running smoothly and if we needed any further assistance. This level of care and attention to detail is exceptional and greatly appreciated. Her professionalism and commitment made a challenging situation much more manageable. Rented from these people for 3 years and they have THE WORST customer service skills ever! They DO NOT care about repairing the property, they constantly hire Crack heads to do the repairs which the repairs are horrible and marketplace homes couldn't care less. I had a few questions about our lease and the lady we talked to was unbelievably rude.
