I am an investor-friendly agent and as investors, my wife and I  have been a part of one commercial redevelopment project, two residential fix and flips, bought and sold a few vacant parcels, we are currently on our third ""live in flip"", we have six long term rentals, a small commercial office building and in 2021 we purchased a brokerage and property management office, Raynor Realty. Most of these deals were put together off market. 2021 is when I took the step from investor to full time real estate professional, working to help clients meet their goals and manage their income properties. 

In addition to being a licensed broker I hold active licenses as a commercial and residential mechanical contractor in NC, have owned/operated a few different businesses over the years and have an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute. All of these past career steps help shape how I look at income properties. 

Today we actively manage single family, small multi family and some small commercial properties across the triangle and the brokerage we target is with investors and business owners.
