We had the pleasure of working with Andrea, and from the very beginning, she was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, detailing how she could help and the unique value she brings. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge stood out, as did her ability to provide resources that most realtors we’ve worked with in the past simply didn’t offer.
Andrea was incredibly accommodating and made herself available throughout our entire home-buying journey. Honestly, we wish we had found her 10 years ago! She was consistently reachable and approachable, providing endless recommendations for anything related to home improvement. Even after our offer was made, she remained by our side, offering support and guidance beyond what we ever expected.

Andrea helped me so much when I was looking for an investment property. It's hard in today's market to find a property where the numbers turn a profit. Luckily, with her connections, she was able to find me an off market deal for way below value that cleared appraisal and allows me to cash flow with easy.

Andrea is the best! She helped me find a bunch of houses in my price range and within the areas I wanted to live in. She was available for me any time of the day, even late into the evening, to answer my questions. she referred me to a local lender who gave me a very good deal even though I have never gotten a mortgage before, which was so relieving because I was really stressed about the financing part of buying a home. I recommend anybody who is looking for an agent who has their best interest at heart to give Andrea a call, u will not regret!

My experience with Andrea was nothing shy of incredible. I was working with an agent at the time who was a family friend, and while my experience was good, I was in a limited situation with my approval and I needed an agent to negotiate a deal with me that would work not only for my situation but also my lender's guidelines. That's when I met Andrea ... and she related to me right away! She wasn't afraid to make the offers that I needed her to make, and even went out of her way to negotiate terms that were even more favorable for me than I asked for initially!!!! I can wholeheartedly say that without Andrea, I would still be renting and wondering if I would every achieve my dream of home ownership. I cannot recommend Andrea enough. I owe her everything!!
