Real Property Management Folsom Lake is great and has exceptional service and professionalism. I’ve worked with Michael and he consistently demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficient communication, and a proactive approach to managing properties. I’ve had some pretty poor experiences with other PM’s in the past so it’s been great to find RPMFL. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable and competent property management.

They have helped us manage our rental home in Carmichael and every step of the process has been seamless. was an wonderful experience. He has good depth of knowledge on property management and also got the patience to explain all the nitty gritty details involved. Even when I took time to work out few issues he would patiently wait rather than rushing me through the process.

I have had a great experience with Michael. He really cares about your home and works hard to find quality tenants, and I know I can have peace of mind with him managing my property. In addition to being very thorough, he also works fast to find good renters, so you can be confident that your home won't be vacant for long when you start working with him.
