I have worked in Real Estate Lending for over 20 years and have been fortunate to have built an amazing team of other long-term industry veterans around me. Our team blends cutting edge AI technology with the more subtle industry expertise that can only truly be earned through years of experience closing loans and taking care of clients at a high level. David grew up on Long Island and came to Las Vegas to attend UNLV. After earning his bachelor's degree, he rapidly established himself in the mortgage industry working as a broker for two years before transitioning to become a loan officer. David resides in Henderson with his wife, Stefanie, and their three children. He is always open to connecting with new people and welcomes any opportunities to expand his network. David went above and beyond to help me purchase my condo, without him I doubt it would’ve happened! Upon calling him he got to work right away on pre-approval, which allowed me to get my offer in before anyone else and sign a purchase agreement same day. Every step of the way he explained exactly what was needed and what my various options were. Big thanks to Kara as well for her help and dedication in facilitating all the required paperwork. I look forward to working with the team again in the future, once more a giant thank you!!

When I first contacted him I wasn't financially ready to start making offers, but he still spent time explaining A LOT of important info and ran some numbers with me so I could set some needed goals to be qualified to buy a property. 6 months later when I was ready, I reached back out and we picked up from where we left off and it was smooth sailing up to the closing. 1000% recommend working with him and his team!

He was very responsive throughout the whole house shopping process until I was able to find the perfect home. Working with David has been amazing, he is a very knowledgeable person and makes sure his clients are taken care of well. There were no hiccups from start to end and on multiple occasions David went out of his way to get me concessions and discounts. David and his team were completely transparent throughout the process and helped educate me when I asked questions. Loan was ready to be closed in 3 weeks and I would work again with David in a heartbeat!
