I have made 2 showings and they made me waste my time I BEEN TRYING TO SEE A HOUSE FOR WEEKS AND I MAKE THE APPOINTMENT THEY JUST MADE ME WASTE MY TIME THEY DONT PICK UP OR ANSWER! Please a pis this company they are fake not serious realtors

Worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. I rented a house managed by this company and reported multiple issues within the first 7 days of moving in. Instead of fixing them as required by Texas law, they denied responsibility and told me I had to pay for repairs myself.
The A/C has been out for over a week. They sent someone to just refill the gas, but because the leak was major, it ran out again within 2 days. Now I’m forced to live in this house without A/C, and they are still discussing with the owner to replace the faulty compressor! When I asked for another refill, they said it’s “too expensive” to do repeatedly.
On top of that, their maintenance staff was extremely rude, even telling me to “stay in the office for 6 hours.” Totally unprofessional and careless about tenants’ basic living conditions.
I do not recommend renting from this company unless you are ready to deal with negligence, rudeness, and a complete lack of accountability.
Maintenance lady is extremely rude. They say maintenance is 24/7 but actually they send someone at their convenience.

RPM has made the process of renting my apartment so easy. With my difficult schedule I was able to communicate and get everything done electronically. Saved me time and it was smooth. I appreciate the attentiveness , the professionalism, on overall the care and effort they provided as well.
Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the leasing market.

My son had a good experience living at Sul Ross apartments for 2 years. The apartments are in a quiet setting surrounded by homes with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The units provide the basic needs for a person to live comfortably in the space provided. John and Keyonce were supportive and respectful during the unexpected move out process.That was very much appreciated.

Not one to typically leave reviews but I feel the need to brag about Keyonce a tad bit. She has been such an amazing resource from initial contact to move in. Very professional, knowledgeable and super sweet on top of that. Thank you Keyonce for all your help in getting us moved in from start to finish, we appreciate it so much!!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sul Ross . The property was in a great location and maintenance was quick. Management also cares about their tenants which is very hard to come by nowadays. During my stay, I went through a devastating life event that took me months to recover from but they worked with me. I am eternally grateful. Thank you!

One of the most reasonable companies I have ever dealt with. My husband passed and sent our lives into a tailspin and it took several months to get back on our feet. They worked with me to move out to go to a cheaper place and gave me grace as I worked to pay down the remaining balance even though it took me a while. They kept their word to work with me and certainly did not have to, so I am very grateful for this company.
