About us
I have represented clients with long term buy and hold investments using long term, medium term, and short term rental investment strategies. I have represented clients in partnerships/LLC and individual investors. I work with cash buyers and those who use traditional financing. I also am able to help fix and flip investors. My husband and I are a real estate duo, aiming to use real estate to buy back our time and gain financial freedom. We began as investors purchasing two small homes in the greater Raleigh area to use as short/medium term rentals. We are currently living in Sanford, NC in a live and ""flip"" to rent property. I attend investor meet ups in the Raleigh area and have started a monthly meetup for investors in Sanford. Prior to beginning my real estate career I was a high school teacher and soccer coach for six years in Maryland. Upon moving to North Carolina to pursue a PhD, my husband and I became engrossed in real estate investing and capitalized on the growing Raleigh market. My background allows me to thoroughly explain real estate concepts for my clients, effectively manage communications with the various parties in a real estate transaction, and provide investors with deal analysis support.
