I found Meghan through the BP Realtor Finder with plans to purchase a small multi or SFH that we could house hack when we moved to TX from out of country. We ended up assuming a loan on a large SFH where the numbers will work to keep it as a rental when we move out. From the beginning of the process Meghan set proper expectations with both parties for the loan assumption so we didn't run into problems from that angle. We were happy to work through the process with Meghan who made it easy to have a successful transaction while we were living out of the country.

As first time out of state investor, Meghan helped us with an entire process. Her knowledge of the market, and overall patience and helpfulness caused us to trust her advice and opinions without question. Meghan has been extremely proactive in all of her communications and she’s always been available and accessible. We bought new construction home and this was our first experience buying new construction home but Meghan made it very simple and easier. We truly recommend Meghan for your go to real estate agent for guidance and coaching.

Meghan helped me in purchasing a duplex that will be used as an investment property. Meghan was responsive, knowledgable, and diligent throughout the entirety of the process. The couple things that stood out to me for Meghan was she made herself available on multiple occasions to ensure I can view properties and to ask questions, she helped me negotiate seller concessions and a reduced purchase price, and she was a great resource to clarify any questions/concerns I had throughout the process. Meghan was also well connected and referred me to property managers, inspectors, contractors, etc. that helped with me acquiring this property and servicing it. When another opportunity arises in the San Antonio and surrounding markets, I would definitely work with Meghan again for an investment property. Thank you!

I am an out of state (and first time) investor. Todd was incredibly helpful at all stages of the process. He communicates quickly and answered all of my questions promptly. He walked numerous properties and sent very informative videos of the house, property, and neighborhood while providing helpful insight throughout the video. Todd & the Castro team are amazing! They are the real package deal. We purchased our first rental property with them. Todd went above and beyond to help us with the whole process. We came into town and last minute made sure we got to see houses in different areas. As an out of state investor, he created videos of the houses we were interested in. Helped us find a great foundation company. Todd communicated with us in a timely and efficient manner throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone!

I've really enjoyed working with Todd. I already purchased my first rental property with him and I'm finishing up with my second. Todd is a great communicator, thinks outside of the box, and does good work. Since I'm out-of-state I have to trust him to be my eyes and ears and he's done a damn fine job.

So I have to give a big big thank you to Castro Realty Group. Meghan explained to me their process and anything else I had questions on. She was SUPER insightful, kind, and responsive so I was able to get started on my rental property search just a few days after getting in contact with her. Castro Realty really made the process for an out of state investor like myself so smooth, and in particular because they got me connected with Todd Spears (he sent me the listings, set up dates, met with people, etc.). Todd was on it every step of the way and walked me through my first close. I can't thank him enough. This is a really solid group and if you're an out of state investor, these are the folks for you.

From the very beginning the castro team surprised me with how thorough, and professional they are with their clients. The meeting that was set up to introduce me to the area, and go over the investment opportunities was very helpful. Not only was this the first property we ever purchased, this was also a sight unseen purchase. As you can imagine, this process can be anxiety provoking and filled with so much risk. Having Meghan and her team with us at every step of the way was extremely important for us to get through this deal. She offered indispensable counsel and offered reliable and quality resources. As I am a military service member and limited on the time I could travel, Meghan and her team ensured that the property was maintained even after our signing date. This was another example of "investment" she puts in her relationships.
Now this was not just a transaction between realtor and buyer, it became more of a mentorship with just the right amount of encouragement and realism in the current market. We look forward to working with Meghan on our next deal, whether we are on-location or not.

Meghan is an outstanding realtor. We just purchased our first investment property as out of state investors in San Antonio. Given we were not in person, we needed someone with fantastic communication skills which Meghan has in spades. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and she was with us every step of the way.
Regarding her knowledge of the market, she coached us to change our property identification strategy and as soon as we did, the home we purchased fell right in our lap.

I have worked with realtors who were not "investment" realtors and I was so relieved that Meghan & her team understood what we were looking for. They know that the numbers need to work on an investment property. Meghan was very easy to communicate with and I trust her so much because she will tell you upfront if there are issues with a property. She does investment real estate herself so she knows what to look for. We were able to close EARLY on a 4-plex in Texas~ our first long distance property~ and we couldn't be happier! A+ excellent job by Meghan. Major thanks to Stephen, who helped us understand and evaluate the inspection reports with his construction knowledge. We just closed the first deal with Meghan, a renovation property that had multiple other offers. Meghan had the right strategy to beat out 15 other offers! Meghan is very responsive to all of my questions and comments. She always has great information, advice, and referrals, all of which are essential to an out of state investor like myself. I highly recommend Meghan’s services, and I hope to do many more deals with her and her team.
