About us
Johnna Brown is an investor and investor-friendly agent specializing in Short Term, Medium Term and Long-Term Rentals. Johnna have always had a passion for real estate and investing, starting with the purchase of her 1st property, a 3-bedroom townhouse, at the age of 19. Selling that townhouse at the age of 21 to buy the home she lives in now. In 2017 Johnna and her husband, Jeff, started acquiring investment properties. Currently owning 11 properties and working towards the goal of 60 total properties. She has a mix of Long-Term and Short-Term Rentals plus solid experience with Mid-Term Rentals by offering the STRs to traveling nurses in the off season. The Long-Term Rentals are located in Manchester and Laconia, NH and the Short-Term Rentals are in Gilford NH, Laconia NH, Old Orchard Beach ME and Wells ME. Shortly after buying and renovating their 1st Short-Term Rental in 2021, Johnna obtained Airbnb Super Host and VRBO Premium Host statuses. She has maintained the status for the past 3 years and they now have 4 Short Term Rental Listings. Johnna enjoys going above and beyond on the amenities supplied to guests and providing guests with an extravagant vacation experience!

We had an amazing experience with Johnna. She was professional, but a lot of fun to work with. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The market is difficult, but Johnna was able to help us get everything we wanted. We are beyond thrilled and happy that she was on our side to help us accomplish our goals. If you are looking for a realtor she is the one you want!

Johnna helped me sell my 1st house.
After the 1st buyer backed out, she worked hard to secure another.
Being a manufactured home, was more difficult than a stick built, but never quit.
Definitely recommend her.

Johnna is everything you could ever imagine in a realtor! In our home buying journey, we had some pretty big bumps along the way. Having Johnna by our side was what kept us going. The housing market can be a scary place, but having someone like Johnna by us while we navigated was very reassuring. She made sure to always have the best communication. Even when there was no news to give or a lull in the buying process, she would reach out just to check in. Her work ethic is incredible and she is extremely knowledgeable; if she isn’t sure about something she's right on top of gathering the information and getting back to you ASAP. You can tell she takes pride in her position and always puts the best interest of her clients first. Hopefully you get as lucky as we did to work with a realtor as great as Johnna, we wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. Thank you, Johnna, for always keeping us going and having such a positive outlook when we couldn’t see the light shining through at the end of the tunnel. You were right, It was all worth it!

Johnna and her team are PHENOMENAL at what they do! We quickly and unexpectedly fell in love with a home we had casually toured, and Johnna did an amazing job helping us put in a perfect offer immediately. She made prepping and listing our home a breeze, and was always available to answer any and all questions that came up through the process (and trust me, we had many). Johnna’s professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethic is very much appreciated and respected. She truly loves what she does and will make the process of buying and/or selling one that is memorable for all the right reasons. We HIGHLY recommend Johnna to anyone who will listen.
