After playing four years of college baseball, I found my way back home to Northwest Arkansas. I would categorize myself as more of a real estate financial advisor. All agents can write a contract and open a door to a pretty home, but a very limited percentage have the knowledge to be able to help you build your wealth through the tool of real estate. Being able to take a client's whole financial portfolio and accurately analyze it to lead them on the best path and best decision in real estate is rare, and it's something I do very well. Zach helped us purchase two new construction homes in NW AR. We were completing a 1031 exchange and had to move quickly. He was able to connect us with a rental agent after the closings, so we could work on getting them leased out as soon as possible. He helped us locate premium properties that should be very successful over time. Thanks, Zach!

Zach went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. He was always sending us new homes based on our preference, and he was always willing to go the extra mile. There were times he or his awesome wife Tori (also a great realtor!) swung by the neighborhood just to check stuff out for us when we were “shopping” from a remote city. They’re kind, professional, and truly want the best deal for you. I’d give more stars if I could.

Amazing! I was looking for a house-hack in Fayetteville to start my house-hacking journey. I was living in Los Angeles at the time, and Zach was such a great help helping me go through this process, especially since I was living in California while going through the home-buying process. He was my trusted boots-on-the-ground, and would 100% recommend him for all in-state and out-of-state investors!
