It was such a pleasure to work with Brooke for buying our remote investment property in Texas and we felt like the whole process ( it was complex :-) ) was running in a cruise control guided by Brooke. Brooke is very knowledgeable in Austin and greater Austin metropolitan area. She is also very knowledgable about small nitty gritty of property condition, rehab estimation and access to all cost optimized repair resources locally. Brooke's negotiation skill is just amazing , she saved a good amount of money for us in the deal. We would recommend highly to have Brooke as Real Estate agent in Austin area.

I am out of state, new to investing, and knew extremely little of the Austin market before I found, Brooke, on bigger pockets and got in contact with her. She helped me narrow down what type of house and an area of Austin that suited my needs perfectly as I had no previous knowledge of the city. Brooke was amazing throughout the entire process of looking for an investment property. Before our first phone conversation I was extremely skeptical that there were any properties that were remotely close to cash flowing. Brooke said that there are still deals to be had even though the market was extremely hot, and she absolutely proved it with the house that we got. Brooke put together an amazing offer and got me the house in a multiple offer situation while not even being the highest offer! I can’t say enough of how great Brooke has been to work with and how much I have learned throughout the process because of her knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate. This deal would have never been possible without, Brooke, and I CANNOT recommend her enough!

Brooke is an intelligent, articulate, savvy business woman. Brooke formerly managed my vacation rentals for me before she sold her STR company, and I chose to work with her because I knew she had extensive personal experience with a wide variety of real estate investment models. She assisted me with a 1031 exchange in which I sold one Austin property and purchased two more. She was informative and insightful as she guided me through the process of evaluating the viability of different areas of Austin for investing in long term rentals, and she really helped me develop a clear idea of what I was looking for. I wanted properties that would make excellent long term rentals in the immediate future, were located in zip codes with good appreciation potential, and that had good flip potential in the more distant future. Both houses she helped me purchase fit the bill perfectly. Thank you Brooke
