Jake was exceptional to work with for me as an out-of-state investor. He quickly and accurately understood my investment criteria and consistently executed at a high level throughout the entire process. He handled negotiations with precision, especially when extensions were needed to address issues without putting the deal at risk. He made inspections, contractor coordination, and pricing quotes seamless, which significantly reduced the friction of buying remotely. His remote showings were extremely detailed and transparent, giving me complete confidence in making the decision to move forward. I would strongly recommend Jake and would not hesitate to work with him again.

Jake was fantastic to work with! We moved from out of state and he was extremely flexible with our schedule and the added logistics that came with buying a home remotely. He was very knowledgeable on the local market and was able to provide excellent input throughout the buying process. We would absolutely work with Jake again and recommend him to others!

Jake was prepared, professional, and pleasant since day one of our engagement and he only flexed more of his capabilities as we navigated the process. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, pricing dynamics, and most importantly listened to my needs as a client. As an out-of-state first time "investment" buyer having a real-estate agent that understands my goals, the local market and how to guide a buyer without being pushy was essential to me. Jake went above and beyond from our first interaction to our last (and hope to work with him again soon!). He is knowledgable, considerate, accurate, reliable and an amazing communicator.
