I have done short sale deals amongst almost every other class of real estate sale. I've been a real estate investor since 2008. I am passionate about getting my clients into strong investment deals regardless of their experience level or the status of the ever changing markets. As a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, I take special pride in serving those local hero's that serve their communities everyday as first responders and military. 10% of my commission goes to support family service of local church.
