Selling my home in Kentucky after 20 years was emotionally difficult and exciting. It was full of memories and the last tangible piece of me, in Ky. I’d already moved to Florida, and needed someone I could trust to sell my house from a distance, and that was DeAnndra Mason. She saw the potential in my older home and shared my vision.
She communicated with me consistently, coordinated with contractors, and took care of details that weren’t really her responsibility. She made a daunting, seemingly impossible task feel doable. I’m grateful I was paired with DeAnndra and will never forget her.

I had an outstanding experience working with Michael Medley as my realtor. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. I always felt informed and supported every step of the way. His market knowledge was strong, and it truly felt like he was buying the house right alongside me.
What stood out most was his honesty and straightforwardness. Mike never sugar-coated things; he always told me exactly how it was, which I really appreciated. He also went above and beyond multiple times to make sure I got the best price possible.
If you’re looking for a realtor who’s professional, knowledgeable, and
genuinely cares about your experience, I can’t recommend Mike enough. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I had a great experience. Gabby Dunaway was supported, friendly and extremely professional. She helped us schedule our days that best fitted our schedule. She showed us multiple houses, kept us on budget and understood our needs and wants. We found our current house in 2 weeks! I would strongly recommend her to anyone! BEST REALTOR EVER!

Gabby was beyond amazing, start to finish! Her and Chris were nonstop on top of communication, answered every question in detail. From offer to closing in well under a month! Very impressed and see myself working with them every time. Could not recommend more!!!!! They both offered tips to help smooth the process, worked will the the sellers and now my family has a lake house to make years of memories and enjoy.

Phericia Palmer-Payton has been the best realtor I’ve ever experienced. She worked for us and kept us calm when things felt intense. I am completely grateful that she was the one who answered my call. I never knew that the buyer needed their own realtor and this experience taught me so much and Phericia held our hand the whole way through the process. We are now living the dream in our beautiful historical home and Phericia was a huge part of us getting our dream home. Thank you Phericia! 💜
