From start to finish this team is on it! The loan programs they offer are perfect for investors that may not make the cut when it comes to qualifying the conventional route. Since home values have been at a record high, we’ve been able to take advantage of the equity sitting there and get cash-out on all properties to expand our real estate empire. Props to Griffin and team for knowing their stuff and helping out investors like us grow!
