Tom was everything the other lender was not. He was communicative and proactive. He was clear he wasn't pushing me, but he keeps himself well aware of what is going on financially. He twice encouraged me to wait to lock our mortgage due to financial reports that were coming out that may have a positive effect on our rate. Both times, he was right and we ended up saving a little bit on both occasions, then locked. Angie was also great, and was able to push our closing forward a day to make our move a bit less hectic. She was also very communicative and was great to work with. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

Tom and Angie are absolutely fantastic. Not only did they get us a killer rate, but they did it in record time. Tom was recommended to me by a friend when we had only 2 weeks to close. I thought there was no way this could happen. But Tom promised he could, and we trusted him. He beat our other loan rate and closed on time. A true professional, but more than that, Tom and Angie really took it upon themselves to act as a guide for my wife and I as we tried to navigate the process.
