Rodrigo and his team at Exor Holdings made the process of selling our childhood home amazing, seamless and very efficient. From beginning to end, everything was explained to me and my siblings clearly and consistently, as promised. Our closing went smooth and it is exciting to see what they are doing with the homestead and knowing it would make our parents proud. I so appreciated Rod’s help (Exor) with a property we recently inherited that was simply just too much for us to handle. He was prompt, informative, professional, and communicative at every step. All details were handled promptly, and he even sent a gracious local contact to meet with me so that I would feel more comfortable with the process. Thank you, Angie! All we had to do was show up for the closing. Easy!

Working with Rod was a dream…a dream come true!! I wanted to sell my house and buy a house he had listed. We talked a bit, and we were able to come to a mutually agreeable deal. The process went so smooth, from communication with him to the title company closing the deals. Rod and the title company were so patient with me and walked me through every step of the process. If I have an opportunity to work with Rod and his team again, I absolutely will with out a doubt. If you’re considering selling, look up Exor Holdings. I’m sure you will not regret it! Thanks Rod!! This company is very shady. We had a contract written up to buy one our properties and come to find out the owner Rodriguez Guyoso never put the earnest money down per our contract. We contacted them after the 20days contractor time and he stated "OH we never got around to putting the money in escrow". Professional and non shady businesses would have put those funds in the account as soon as the contract was signed. Dont do business with this shady company! And the title company Zendegui Law Group, P.A. was never sent this contract even though Exor holdings Rodriguez Guyoso had potential buyers lined up on the inspection day to bu the Zendegui Law Group has first hand knowledge of the shady practices of this company.

We would recommend Exor Holdings, with just a couple of small caveats. They approached us after our condo in Florida was badly damaged during Hurricane Ian in September 2022. The property was unlivable, and finding a contractor was extremely difficult, time-consuming and very, very expensive. While we had a number of real estate professionals approach us about selling the property as-is, Exor was the only one willing to bring in their own team, fix the place up, show and market it, and sell it for us, all at an agreed-upon price, and within 90 days. We liked their business model and saw very positive reviews online, so we signed a contract with them in late January 2023. A couple of bumps in the road occurred, although they weren't necessarily the fault of Exor. The market for condos like ours softened not long after signing the contract, and some prospective buyers were put off by the fact that the condo association had no flood insurance, thus removing the potential for anyone to get a mortgage loan. These factors meant we had to give Exor some extra time, so they proposed 60 days beyond the agreed-upon termination date. We weren't thrilled by this, but they were willing to bump up our asking price a bit in exchange for the extra 2 months. Fortunately, Exor was able to find a suitable buyer and we settled about 10 days beyond the extra 60 day mark. I would give them a solid 4 stars, with 1 star taken away due to the longer time frame (which required us to pay the carrying costs on the condo beyond what we had anticipated.)
