Kevin is a licensed real estate salesperson and property manager for Keller Williams Realty, in Pittsburgh, PA. Originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, he has grown to love the Pittsburgh community and everything it has to offer. 

He started his property management journey in 2018 after leaving West Virginia University. He then quickly found his niche for real estate investing. He currently owns his own real estate investment firm, contracting company, and has managed over 2,000 units in his career. Drawing on his background of nearly 6 years of property management, with his network of over 100 local investors, he has managed properties all over the Pittsburgh region, from Greensburg, to Sharon, and all the way down to Charleroi. This local expertise empowers him to guide clients seamlessly through the process of buying, selling, investing in, and/or renting real estate.
