The Morrow-Wargo group took great care of us during our recent home sale. Matt stayed on top of all relevant issues and kept us informed in a timely manner for the entire process. Even with our buyers not having an agent and the headaches that brings, Matt streamlined the process and got us to the finish line.

Matt Marrow and Neil Stark with the Marrow-Wargo group did a fabulous job connecting me with investors who would be interested in buying my seriously needy investment property. Matt Morrow is fantastic to work with. He just represented me on a recent purchase. There were a couple of things out of his control that happened, but he smoothed them over and made the transaction go well. I'd highly recommend him. He's a skilled buyer's agent and understands real estate investing from the investor's perspective.

The Morrow Wargo Group have been outstanding in helping me and my wife start our Real Estate investing journey. We purchased our first rental property (5 unit apartment building) a little over a month ago. Matt, John, Mike and the team have been an invaluable part of us acquiring the property and continue to help us with the management and handling of tenants. Matthew was beyond helpful and professional with the process of purchasing a home. He had a very high level of attention to my needs and the effort he put towards my personal situation made it feel as if I was his only client.
