Our team is passionate about creating financial freedom and wealth thru Real Estate. As a multi-family investors, agents, and mentors- we love networking, learning, teaching, and partnering with like minded investors. Your agent is a critical part of the team and we have the knowledge, humility, and direct ownership / property management experience to guide you in this journey. Our team is different than most other Real Estate Agents....Comprised of 11 agents spanning the entire Eastern Half of PA and all of NJ, We mentor and coach people thru running a Real Estate Business, not just closing deals. Every decision is by the numbers, and unemotional. We talk clients OUT of deals that don't match their goals. Our team members are local to their market and we have intimate knowledge of not only the area but market trends and various investment strategies. Additionally, our network of property managers, general contractors, and other industry professionals will provide full-service experience to you at any point in your investing journey. Our brokerage- Realty ONE Group Supreme is a fantastic resource and support for all of our agents and team. We have offices covering all markets in the eastern part of PA- giving you flexibility to invest where the numbers make sense. My "WHY" is to give back to our community and provide safe and secure housing for those who need it most. My passions are spending time with my wife Tara, our and 3 amazing children, shooting sports, and serving our community. As a career corporate pilot and 18+ years in public safety- local fire /EMS, stability is now key in our life- and Real Estate provides that.

The Morrow Wargo Group have been outstanding in helping me and my wife start our Real Estate investing journey. We purchased our first rental property (5 unit apartment building) a little over a month ago. Matt, John, Mike and the team have been an invaluable part of us acquiring the property and continue to help us with the management and handling of tenants. We have a long way to go and a lot to learn, but feel confident in our success with the Morrow Wargo Group helping us.

We worked with Morrow-Wargo Group on our first investment property and it was an awesome experience. Going into this, we had the first time investor "jitters" and there were a lot of unknowns since we were new to the process. Matt and John provided the support, education, and resources we needed along the way. They are truly experts in what they do and we highly recommend them. Lastly, we had a wrench in the works for our closing but they came through for us and found an alternate solution to make it work. They were quick and responsive and they worked on our behalf several times when we needed help. Awesome team!

Worked with Matt and John for several months. They guided me through the process on touring a few homes and kept advising me to keep my eyes open for when the right house was on the market. After a few months of waiting for a good fit to hit the market John reached out to me asking if I was still looking. Call it perfect timing, but a house a few blocks down from where I lived was considering selling. John walked me through the process of initially touring, putting in an offer, getting an inspection done, and eventually closing on the house! Couldn’t be happier with their guidance and would recommend them to anyone looking for a first time home or a rental property!
