Not only did Jack Krusinski help me find the perfect home, but he also managed to negotiate a contract that beat six other offers, including a cash offer and a higher bid.
Jack consistently went above and beyond to assist me in any way he could. He was highly informative, answering all of my questions and offering great recommendations for contractors and services I needed.
Jack made the entire process so much smoother, and I cannot recommend him enough!

I met with Jack Krusinski and Luke Schimpf when they came to view the home. Great people, very courteous and knowledgeable. They came back with an offer that was very fair. Luke had kept me up to date on the step by step process every thing would take. Luke has exceptional communication skills to keep you well informed. He has done exactly what he said, which is fantastic when doing any kind of business. I would highly recommend using them for your real estate needs.

As a first time homebuyer and investor, Jack helped tremendously in helping me navigate the home buying process. I owe a lot to him in taking time to helping me overcome the temporary hesitancies most if not all first time homebuyers may feel at one point or another during due diligence. It was very comforting to know I was working with someone I felt I could trust, because of the fact that Jack not only helps investors but is an investor himself. If you are looking for someone you can trust and rely on while searching for a home, I highly recommend working with Jack.

Pete was a pleasure to work with in helping me invest as an out of town investor in Cleveland. Jack and Luke are standout realtors. They know the Cleveland market inside and out. Their experience in investing, flipping, and selling makes their knowledge and perspective differentiated and insightful. They are no sense and want what is best for the client. I would 100% use them again whether I was purchasing my primary residence or an investment property.
