Jordan was great to work with! He's super responsive and always getting things taken care of quickly. Whenever I called Jordan, he always picked up. When it came time to collaborate and negotiate, Jordan was creative and he suggested ideas that I never thought of. He looks out for his customers and he's always so responsive throughout a deal. I appreciate all the work he put in and I intend to work with Jordan on many more deals.

Jordan Ray is a wealth of knowledge for out of state investors like myself in the Memphis market. He helped me with the purchase of my property, was very responsive and proactive with all phases of the transaction. He is well connected for anything an OOS would need including contractors and prop mgrs. If you are looking for an agent that is trustworthy, super responsive, and hustles on your behalf then Jordan is your guy. I look forward to doing more deals with him.

I worked with two different realtors to sell my house before working with Jordan Ray at EXP Realtors.. Jordan was very confident, he would sell my house. He sold my house in less than 90 days At my asking price. If I had additional property in Memphis, Tennessee, I would hire Jordan Ray to sell it. Jordan , thank you for all your hard work.

I'd highly recommend Jordan for anything Realty wise. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of buying and selling.
He proved successful in closing on our two Duplex properties despite some complexities.

You ever ride your bike through a neighborhood and see a Pitbull on the other side of a fence and think to yourself "I don't want no problems with that big fella."
That is Jordan in the real estate market.
I was using another realtor and had put in up to 30 offers in Memphis! Only two ever countered. I let Jordan put one offer in for me and we closed on it in two weeks. He was relentless with information and constantly letting me know where we stood in the process. Something I didn't know I was missing with my previous realtor.
I met Jordan on bigger pockets and I was weary at first, being that Jordan had experience but did not have as much as my other agent. This guy makes me feel bad for typing that I even doubted him because he far exceeded my expectations and made me realize that I actually have a partner in this market instead of just a realtor. I am an out of state investor and if your in need for a realtor that can get the job done while having fluid communication then this is your guy. Like my title says, Jordan is a DAWG!!
