I'm an investor friendly agent in the Central PA area. I also run a property management company in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area. I'm a local investor myself so I'm familiar with what makes a good deal, understanding rehab budgets, and ARV of properties. I've done house hacking and completed many BRRRRs. I was very impressed working with Travis Wylie as my seller's agent. The ideas and thoughts about the property listing that he shared with me from his experience as a RE agent as well as savvy investor helped me a lot to bring the deal to the closing table despite a lot of hiccups. He went above and beyond his role just an agent to make sure every aspect of the property is taken care of before the final walkthrough inspection. I will highly recommend him to be on your team for whatever needs you have related to listing your property.

Travis Wylie, a member of the Clelan & Prol team at Coldwell Banker, is an experienced investor in the Central PA real estate market, and so has great familiarity with all the markets and submarkets in the area. His investor clients also derive a lot of benefit from his knowledge of the RE investment community: contractors, attorneys, insurance agents, property management, local lenders, etc. I don't know where any investor in that locale would find better guidance than they'd get from Travis. Based on my work with him, I recommend his expertise without reservation.
