I highly recommend working with Jordan if you are looking to use a real estate agent in the Lubbock area. My son attends Tech and I live in CA. I was looking to buy a SFR for 4 students and Jordan was my "boots on the ground" finding me properties that met my requirements. He went above and beyond in connecting me with local contacts and still continues to help me after the close of the property. He is truly a "one stop shop" if you are an out of state investor looking to get a deal done! Very professional and responsive.

Anyone investing in Lubbock needs to connect with Jordan. I have frequently joked that he is actually 12 people rolled up into one human being (#SuperJordan). If you're like everyone else on BP who is looking for "rockstars", a "dream team", a "CORE FOUR", etc., you'll find all those things and more in Jordan. With an expertise in working with investors (many of whom live out of city or state), Jordan knows exactly how to help identify and analyze potential deals. As an investor himself, he offers strategic insights into the market and recognizes creative opportunities for growing a portfolio. He'll also advise you against bad deals and give honest push-back when needed. This is crucial when you're trusting a professional: they have to have your long-term wealth generation interests at heart.
In addition to Jordan's efficiency, professionalism and integrity as a RE Agent, he also has in-depth knowledge as a property manager and long-term relationships with experienced contractors. This quarter Jordan has helped me close on 3 units (400 miles from my personal residence), is leasing them for me and overseeing a rehab on my behalf. He's a clear and frequent communicator, easy to laugh with, and is diligent about helping me save money while balancing the goals of my long-term buy-and-hold strategy. I just purchased my first out-of-state investment property with Jordan and have been impressed with him from the start. Within a couple days of contacting him we had already made a run at a duplex and just after that he brought me the property that we ultimately ended up closing on. Jordan is a pleasure to work with, he has great knowledge of the market and well-established contractor contacts. He took full ownership of the entire purchase and closing process, even bringing in multiple contractors to get eyes on some minor rehab items to ensure our capital was being used most efficiently. Jordan is an asset to anyone interested in the Lubbock market. I have witnessed his expertise firsthand on multiple occasions and I have found that he is not your average real estate agent. First, Jordan represented me when I bought my personal residence. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, work ethic and communication skills. As a commercial loan officer, I have also had an inside look at some of Jordan's personal investment endeavors.
