Contact me if you want to buy single family residential real estate for buy and hold, primary residence, or a vacation home. My business DOES NOT align with STR or Airbnb, multi-family, (duplex, triplex, 4plex), wholesalers, or flippers. I've been a full time real estate agent and property manager since 2011. I work with both investors and people looking for primary residences. My office is located in the Anthem area of Henderson, and I live in Henderson as well. Before getting into sales and property management, I was a real estate appraiser. I've helped several investors with 1031 exchanges on both buying and selling. Many clients have chosen to work with me, because I can be a one stop shop for the acquisition through management.

Phillip is currently managing my property (SFR) in Las Vegas. Before I engaged Phillip, I had all kinds of problems with this property (burglary, professional tenant. etc.).
As soon as Phillip took over the management from my former property manager, he promptly evicted the bad tenant, fixed the house to a rental condition and placed a tenant (it did not take more than two weeks for him to find a tenant for me.).
Phillip is very professional and responsive. I throughly enjoy working with him and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a quality property manager in Vegas.

Phil has an amazing breadth of knowledge and ability. His character is outstanding, and I've begged him to take over the management of my properties. However he has the integrity and self-awareness to limit his business model to his specific niche.

I have referred several people to Phil who were looking to rent property. I've had nothing but positive feedback from everyone I've put in contact with Phil.
He has made my friends and colleagues happy, therefore I'm happy.
I've also known Phil for several years and he's a good guy with a great work ethic and understands the real estate industry on many levels. I would highly recommend Phil.

As an out of state investor, having a reputable and competent PM is a must. It is true that no one will manage your property better than yourself. But Phil and his team would be a close second.
He has helped me transition from my former PM to his company with ease. He has kept me abreast throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and colleagues if they were ever in need of a PM in the Vegas area.

Phil and his wife Lyla have been managing my two SFRs since 2013. They are reliable and professional property managers, and are both very knowledgeable regarding the Las Vegas market (and are also nice people). Phil is great to talk to about property investment, and I value his opinions, whether he is making suggestions about my properties specifically or more general observations about the market. I know my houses are in good hands with Phil, and I would highly recommend working with him.
