We proudly serve our community with property management for short term rentals, medium term rentals and long term rentals. We can take you through the purchase, rehab, decoration (if needed) and management. Our staff is family. We don't change. Always speak to the same 2-3 people every time you call. We offer 24/7 support for you and your guests/ tenants. Each owner has an owner portal. We offer top notch software and service as we get you the return you are looking for. This was a great experience to be apart of in the construction sense!
This particular home was a lot to handle as far as work needing to be done. Julie Gates made this process of working with the homeowner and meeting all of our requirements for work to begin so simple even with all of the hurdles!
Would recommend to anyone in this venture of real-estate
The final process of this job was smooth and came with no issues whatsoever! Hope to do more work together in the future!

We stayed in the renovated Irish Bar hosted by Sid Was Here and it was incredible! This is THE spot to stay in for St. Patrick’s day. Two couples traveling together - we were feet from the parade route, and the rest of the city was very walkable. Beautiful, historic, spotless - it’s also across the street from two trolley stops. We had a blast and cannot wait to come back.

I cannot say enough about this place and the host Sid. The space was so amazing and peaceful. We spent most of our time sitting on the patio enjoying the beach just one minute walk away. We couldn’t believe how relaxing it was. The host was excellent to work with and made the stay even better. We will be back!

Lovely stay! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Forsyth Park is right down the street along with easy walking distance to all the historic homes you want to see. There is a coffee shop close by and restaurant, the Crystal Beer Palace for casual dining. I would recommend staying here, comparatively it’s a good price. You can walk to everything, Riverstreet is a bit further, say a 30m walk, we took the free DOT service on the way back which worked out great!

My wife, daughter, and 9 Year-old grandson wanted to get away for a quick "spring break". They enjoyed every minute of their trip and the accommodations were superb! Well appointed, clean, safe, and comfortable. Well done "Sid was Here" team!

Comfortable stay in North Carolina. Nice, big home. Plenty of room. Nice amenities. Appreciate that the a/c and heat worked great. Kitchen is nice and big. Very relaxing place.

We had a wonderful stay and was just perfect for our group of 13. The house was spacious, clean, with a nice dock for fishing and crabbing. We will certainly be back.

I stayed at one of Sid's property's in the Edgemere neighborhood of Savannah GA in the fall of 2023 for about 9 weeks. I will say that the neighborhood was hit or miss but the duplex was great. Full Kitchen and Laundry. Bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. Great shower. The yard was wonderful for my dog, and the house was great for the dog as well. It's important for me to feel at home when I travel at work for such a long time and this place made it work. I used the kitchen daily to make breakfast and dinner on my days off. And always used the laundry. Would stay again and recommend. Sid was also attentive and fast responding.
