Hi and thank you for checking out our team! We are a dynamic duo, consisting of Kevin and Niki Campbell, with over 20 years of mortgage lending experience. In addition to our mortgage lending experience, we are proud to have served our country in the military. Kevin had a distinguished military career, having served in the US Navy for 27 years. That experience instilled in us a strong sense of integrity, attention to detail, and community service which we bring to every aspect of our work. Are you buying a home? do you like working with people who care about you and your family as you go through the home buying process? if you said yes to ether one of those then go no further CMG has you covered. They are great! we just worked with them and Rutledge realty group buying our dream home and they were amazing. Please know that if you are looking for help in getting a home these are the people for you.

After losing our house in the Almeda fire in 2020 I never thought I would be a homeowner again. Both my husband and I are on Social Security I could not imagine anyone giving us a loan to own our own house. But I was so wrong. I found Niki Campbell of Homebridge and she is a wizard at financing. Niki walked me through what I had to do to bring up my credit to be able to prequalify for a home loan within our monthly budget. And Niki also looked into my husband’s military benefits. My husband thought he would not qualify for military benefits for housing at the age of 67 and because of a previous attempt at a young age to own but fell through because of Fannie Mae scandal. Niki investigated his situation and turned out he does quality. Thanks to Niki’s hard work and expansive knowledge, we moved into our home in November, no down payment, monthly payments plus insurance within our budget, and a beautiful swimming pool. I highly recommend Niki Campbell of Homebridge . She will definitely guide you through the whole process of buying or refinancing. If I ever buy again she is my go to girl.

Niki Campbell and her team was an awesome experience for purchasing our home here in wine country. Not only was the mortgage loan process painless and we got the best rate and service, but we also received her best resources by referring the best Real Estate Agent in the area. It was an amazing experience and we couldn’t have asked for more. I don’t know much about Homebridge, but I know about Niki and her team and that is all you need!!!!

The Campbell team has been amazing from the start. They are reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured and no matter how basic the questions were they were always happy to help me. This was my first time doing a home purchase and they really helped ease my worries and answer all questions. Great team, amazing people. I will be using them again for further purchases.

This review is long over due. Niki Campbell was nothing but professionally courteous during the entire process. Niki walked us through the entire process each and every step of the way making sure we understood what was going on. She kept us up to date and was easily accessible for any questions we may have had (not many bc she already explained everything to us in understandable terms early in the process). My wife and I highly recommend using Niki.

The Niki Campbell team walked us through every step of the process. Niki acted as our advocate with the builder and even facilitated an on-time close in spite of a construction glitch. When we had questions, Niki or her team was available to answer them. Although e-mail was our main form of communication, the Campbell Team contacted us via text and phone with our approval. I would highly recommend the Niki Campbell team to my friends and family.

The Campbell Team is amazing through the whole process. They really listen and help you each step of the way and are prompt with asking questions and answering or returning calls. I've used them with a refinance and a purchase. They really know how to put their clients #1 and treat them as "family" not just a number. Thank you all for all your help both in the past and I know I will be reaching out for my next home purchase!
