Our stay with YHAM was nothing short of amazing! The convenience of being walking distance from major San Antonio landmarks and having great hosts made our trip much more enjoyable and relaxing! The location had everything that we needed and it felt like the hosts thought of everything we didn’t! I would highly recommend staying with this family company and can’t wait to book with them next time!

I really appreciate Jeremy and his management style. It's not often that you come across a host with such a strong grasp on systems and automations — but on top of that, the brand that he's curated is wonderful. The guest interaction is top notch, and guests just really love it. Truly appreciate what he does!

Very accommodating host, the house was exactly how they described. We had a great time, it was my girlfriend‘s first time to come to the United States and she was very impressed and very happy. Very close to the tower of Americas and the Riverwalk, and the house was very well stocked and no clutter. Way better than a hotel.

The house is perfect for us, very clean and organized, room sizes are perfect and it is close to Lackland where my son graduated. Stores are few minutes walk from the house. We loved the coffee bar and the yard. Anna and Jeremy are very kind. Very clear instructions on check-in & check-out and since we came early than expected they accommodated us and that was very helpful since we have a toddler with us. I highly recommend their place.
I would stay there again if I’m back to San Antonio.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting San Antonio!! Walking distance to the river walk and Tower of Americas was very convenient to not have to pay for parking. I immediately fell in love with the house, especially the butterfly decor! Love your style!! We spent every evening relaxing in the backyard oasis, at the end of our daily adventures! I recently spoke with Jeremy and was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge of the STR space. He offers full management services to make STR investing as passive as it can be and had a high degree of expertise, including knowledge of the best areas to invest, areas to avoid, interior design, revenue optimization through dynamic pricing and occupancy, and navigating local regulations. With all of this combined with his understanding of hospitality I would recommend him to my clients as a resource for becoming a successful operator in the short term rental market.
