Awesome host! Our stay was great. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. House is minutes from downtown and riverwalk. It was a family trip so we also enjoyed playing the games. Host remembered our conversation about our use of towels and left us out a few more. Thanks! I would definitely stay here again. Just be ware there are stairs…but we made it!

We recently stayed here for 3 nights, and found the house very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you could want and more! Coffee bar an added bonus. Convenient to sights and restaurants downtown in San Antonio. Plan to come back on my next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at your BEAUTIFUL property. The pictures did not do it justice. There were many added touches usually not found at other rentals. Beds were very comfortable. I would give it more start if it as possible. The location was great and close to downtown and Riverwalk.

I recently spoke with Jeremy and was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge of the STR space. He offers full management services to make STR investing as passive as it can be and had a high degree of expertise, including knowledge of the best areas to invest, areas to avoid, interior design, revenue optimization through dynamic pricing and occupancy, and navigating local regulations. With all of this combined with his understanding of hospitality I would recommend him to my clients as a resource for becoming a successful operator in the short term rental market.
