My team almost always answered the phone when I called and always called me back within a business day if they couldn’t answer. All logistical work was processed within 1 business day. It took a month and week to get my house rented out after I got the house cleaned 🧹 and patched. I think , originally, we should’ve listed the house lower than what was listed at first, but we were in line with comparable homes. I think I would’ve preferred to list the house a little higher than the amount that got it off the market. So basically somewhere between the high and low amount. But overall, I’m pleased. Thank you Cathleen, Issac, Nicole, and Heather!

Update as of 12/30/24- Not only can they not return my phone calls or voicemails, they can’t even respond to my review. They have NO problem responding to positive reviews though. Do yourself the favor and don’t consider renting from these people. Unprofessional, lack of communication and unkept properties. (Photos for proof). Not at all how you manage a business with clientele. Absolutely unprofessional and useless. I scheduled a self viewing of 222 E. Maple Street in Benton today for 2:00pm. I arrive there at 1:57pm and use the link sent to my phone to gain access. It asked me for an 8 digit code on the lockbox, but it was only a 4 digit code. I called the number on the listing and was redirected twice. The second person I spoke with told me that the key might’ve been misplaced and I needed to look at the water meter, the back door (there is no back door) or the mailbox. The key was nowhere to be found. The second person gave me the number to the property manager and told me that I needed to call them. So I did, and explained the same situation again. A lady told me she was going to call the property manager (I thought that’s who I was speaking to) and see what needs to be done to get me access. I waited damn near an hour for a phone call back and no one called me and I never got to see the unit. I even called back a few times and left voicemails and never received a call back. Extremely unprofessional. If that’s your first impression you’re leaving people who potentially want to rent with you, you’re doing an awful job. If it’s this difficult to get ahold of the property manager just to view a property, I don’t want to rent from you guys. Not to mention, the outside of the property and lack of care was very unkept and disappointing. Good luck to y’all.

Real property management has been amazing to work with. They have helped us out so much and are always there when we ask. We moved into a house on short notice stayed there for approx. a year and RPM worked with us to find a different home with a bigger yard and a different layout. They’ve always answered maintenance request and we never went more than 2 weeks to get any of our problems resolved. Hands down best place to rent from.

Nicole was so helpful with the whole process. She was kind and went out of her way to help! I did not get a chance to meet her but we spoke several times over the phone and she was always pleasant and seemed to really care!

From the beginning to the very end of the process the staff was kind courteous knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They led me through the application process with ease it made everything extremely easy. Once verifying my information they responded to me within a timely manner. Once receiving my keys I was able to move in with no problems I hope and pray that moving forward things continue to be this great thanks again RPM hometown for an outstanding experience. I was able to find the perfect home for me and my family with the help of Real Property Management. I would also like to thank and shout out Nicole, she was very responsive, professional and one of the best! I couldn’t thank her enough for all the work she did to help me secure the home. Absolute horrible experience. I applied for a rental, got approved but I requested for a few things to be done that NEEDED to be done before I paid my deposit. There was a water stain in the ceiling, the home looked abandoned because the grass had grown up so high, there was a chair in the driveway and trash and there was a soft spot in the kitchen floor that felt like if I would have stomped it would have fallen in. I was told the owner was going to fix everything. I was later contacted saying I could go by the property to be sure everything was done before paying deposit. Absolutely nothing had be done on the inside or outside of the property. I wanted the home and kept asking but I was told the owner couldn’t get by there. I waited and waited and no one ever called me back. Someone else was approved for the home instead. I have little kids and I did not want to move in a home that had a water stain in the ceiling or a soft spot in the kitchen floor that felt like I could have fallen through it. I was highly disappointed but glad I didn’t pay my hard earned money . From the looks for it I would have had trouble having any repairs done in the future
