The most horrible rental agency in Florida. I complained and they never would fix things correctly. The property manager never calls back instead he makes his sassy assistant call you back. I was there for 7 years and they never inspected at lease renewal. I had a contractor come out and say the steps were unsafe. They have mold growing from the downstairs apartment. They don’t care. I complained about my steps after they were finished and they did not care at all. Everyone should report them.

Was renting 3723 Morton Ave West Palm Beach, and the listing looked great when I went to go see it, it was nice so i signed a lease and on move in date there were dead bugs all in the apartment and dead lizards im surprised anyone would wanna use these people to be landlords there terrible. My name is Connor Meigh and I can not believe the disgust they put me through I had the place fir a week and never even moved in had my own exterminator come in and they said the place was not fit for living for humans with the amount of water and bugs in the walls the place is a dump along with the rest of there properties would not use these people.

I was given all the help I needed by Kanga property Management to get into the apartment that I currently reside in. I absolutely love where I live. It's peaceful, safe, clean and security keeps a close eye on things. It's right on the intracoastal so there is always a nice breeze, plenty of parking and a beautiful view. My neighbors are friendly and I have experienced no issues. I would highly recommend using Kanga Property Management and especially The Poinsettia Club Apartments

I have not rented from them but I am giving my review of the rental application process. So, I read all the requirements of filling out an application. Nothing in there does it say anything about a particular credit score needed…..but apparently they do. It would be nice if I knew that before I spent $210 on application fees. There is nothing horrible on my credit besides student loans soo if you’re credit is below 600, don’t even bother applying and judging by the other reviews on here, I guess I dodged a bullet.

Called looking 3 separate days for the same listing, agent said it wasn't available due to an issue with lockbox. On last follow up, stated that offer had been made already after asking these past three days. Not once even offered to assist me with another listing or if any follow up would be made with owner. If you're not entertaining business calls for your listings, just say that.

I dealt personally with Scott Alexander to help with the vetting and purchase process of a single-family home to be used as a rental in West Palm Beach. I will say upfront – our buyer’s agent, and also friend, ended up being able to do the long-term property management for us, but I still want to leave a review of my experience with Scott. Scott was very experienced, professional, personable, and seemed to have good character. To me, it’s really important that I have a good relationship with any business partners, and Scott definitely seems like the type of person that I would want to do business with long-term. He really helped us with running comparables for properties, giving me a great idea of what to expect in different areas, he got back to me quickly, and was very knowledgeable. We had more than one discussion on the phone in depth about the pros and cons of certain areas. If something falls through with our current Real estate friend who will be doing our management, we will definitely plan to reach back out to Scott, as he is someone that I would really like to work with. For what it’s worth, I just wanted to share my positive experience.

I am deeply dissatisfied with how management and policies are handled at Kanga Property Management. My experience with Kanga has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Firstly, I am troubled by the forceful manner in which money is deducted from tenants' deposits. Kanga enforces cleaning fees without any provision in the contract with the owner. According to the terms of my lease agreement and the Move Out Procedures in the Kanga Resident Handbook, I fulfilled my responsibility to clean the interior and exterior of the house, including all appliances and floors. I even have video evidence of the property's cleanliness taken during the walkthrough with the property manager. Despite this, I was still charged an unjustified cleaning fee. Secondly, Kanga Management imposed excessive charges for damages without providing any evidence to prove that I caused these damages during my tenancy. The property manager should have performed a walkthrough inspection with photos and notes with me, and a signed form was never deposited into the Tenant Portal in my AppFolio Online account. Without proper evidence of the property's condition at move-in and move-out, these charges cannot be justified. Furthermore, I experienced issues with the disconnect between the water billing company and Kanga's payment processing, which led to problems with payments. This lack of accuracy in following procedures is concerning and reflects poorly on management's competency. When I requested a full refund of my security deposit, I received an unsatisfactory response, and I was basically told that nothing would be done about it. This level of disregard for tenants' rights and fair treatment is unacceptable. In conclusion, Kanga Property Management's handling of management and policies is abysmal. They enforce arbitrary fees, fail to provide evidence for damages, and exhibit a lack of professionalism in their dealings with tenants. I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with Kanga Property Management to avoid similar issues.
