Accurate Email Addresses
I have played around with both Reanomy and Costar as well as pulling lists from the MLS then trying to skip trace them. I like to run email campaigns, and for years I have struggled with getting the best contact data. Are there any recommendations out there for which platform or skip trace provider has the best data? Maybe Crexi or a specific skip trace tool? With accurate emails or phone numbers I can be 10xing my contracts a month, any suggestions are appreciated!
There are several skip tracing companies out there. Utilize one that can provide wireless numbers, landline numbers, and email addresses for the same price. You can cold call, email, and/or run an sms campaign in order to reach the owners. If you need specific information about skip tracing and companies, let me know.
