The numbers look good, you included many categories posters frequently omit, be forewarned real life never lives up to these projections. Bottom line is you have a deal that could reduce your monthly living expenses to $100/mo. If it turns out to be slightly better or worse no matter this is a winner and you should get it done ASAP.
